The Leibniz Institute for Educational Trajectories is pleased to welcome you to our career portal and about your interest in our institute. We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We process personal data that are collected when you visit our websites in accordance with the data protection regulations for the Federal Republic of Germany.

Collection and Processing of Personal Data

Your personal information and data are collected and stored with the utmost care and used only purposively. The provisions of the European General Data Protection Regulation and the German Federal Data Protection Act are complied. We exclusively collect the data that are relevant in the course of your application at the Leibniz Institute for Educational Trajectories.

You declare your consent to the transmission and processing of your data exclusively for the application process. You insure that your data correspond to the truth. You are aware that untrue information can lead to the end of a possible employment relationship. Legal bases  data processing are Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a) DSGVO and § 26 BDSG.

Data Security

In the course of data processing, the career portal is maintained by the processor rexx systems GmbH, Süderstraße 75-79, 20097 Hamburg, as well as their partner exciting AG, Dornhofstr. 38a, 63263 Neu-Isenburg, in accordance with Art. 28 DSGVO (Europäische Datenschutzgrundverordnung/European General Data Protection Regulation). As part of the maintenance work an access to your data can be necessary. The Leibniz Institute for Educational Trajectories as well as the processor rexx systems GmbH implement technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against accidental or deliberate manipulation, loss, destruction and access by unauthorized persons. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological progress.

Your data will be deleted no later than six months after finishing the selection process.

Your Rights as Applicant

You have the right of access, the right to retrification, erasure, restriction of processing or the right to object from the Leibniz Institute for Educational Trajectories.
